What is TurboCourt?
TurboCourt is a Do-it-Yourself (DIY) Electronic Form Service Court Filings for Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Dissolution of Marriage with or without Children, and Injunctions for Protection.
Hardee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Honorable Victoria L. Rogers, would like to inform the public of a new service available to assist pro se litigants called TurboCourt. This is an interactive online program, which assists the public in completing Supreme Court approved legal forms to be filed with the court. This is a Do-it-Yourself (DIY) electronic forms service (for a fee) and does not require a lawyer.
TurboCourt will help you prepare your forms to begin a new Landlord-Tenant Dispute, Dissolution of Marriage, or Injunctions for Protection (including domestic violence, repeat, sexual, stalking, and dating violence) case.
Forms can be prepared at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you register for a free account with TurboCourt, the information you provide will be saved, encrypted, and available to you on any Internet-connected device. All you need is an email address to get started! Log in from anywhere and enjoy a user-friendly experience, complete, and compliant filings every time.
Once you have generated your needed form(s) in TurboCourt, you can save them as a PDF and file the forms through the E-filing Portal. If you want to use the E-portal to file the forms as a “Pro Se” user click here. You will be required to register, select from the Role drop down, Self-Represented Litigant and follow the prompts. You will be required to pay a filing fees at the time of filing. You can also print the forms and submit them in-person or by mail to the Clerk’s Office.
